Outstanding Vegan Options in Florida

Minty Z is home to one of the most impressive version of seitan wings I’ve ever had. I was blown away, in general, by the extensive and scrumptious menu. I highly recommend tolerating an evening in the brash Coconut Grove for some pretty spectacular vegan dim sum.

First, the Cuban Corn Wontons… Fried dumplings filled with corn, vegan “ham,” cashew cream, garlic & cilantro

Miso-Kabocha Potstickers: Japanese squash & edamame filled pan-fried potstickers

Here are the outstanding Sesame Seitan “Wings” in a Cantonese bbq glaze. The most dreamy texture is not an easy feat… a slight crisp and a delicious glaze. They’re unbelievable.

The Classic Bao Buns: Their signature steamed buns with “prosperity” beef filling, served with a coconut yogurt sauce

Very (too) meaty in that Beyond way I don’t enjoy

BBQ Jackfruit Lo Mai Gai: Sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf with BBQ jackfruit filling

The sublime desert… Bao Beignets: Five-spice dusted bao donuts, served with black sesame caramel
