Here it is… the outstanding Avocado Toast Croissant: vegan egg yolk, sliced avocado, watercress, vegan feta crumbles and sliced radish on a perfectly slightly sweet croissant with an unbelievable salad on the side. This is worth airfare to Miami alone.

Of course, macarons done perfectly.
