Matcha & Raspberry Parfait

This is another recipe trial that was a bit of a fail. Though this is quite gorgeous, I am kind of bummed I used up the rest of my matcha making it and the texture is just way off. But when the cake crumbles, make it a parfait.

Gosh, matcha is such a glorious hue. I’ll have to buy some more.

Stomped some of these raspberries whose longevity were beginning to creep me out. Driscoll. Such creepy berries.

Not sure how it all tastes together as it is a gift for someone.
