JÜS Organic was a breakfast dream come true for a couple of famished explorers. Vibrant and healthful options for the nutrient starved, our tastebuds rejoiced at each bite. We enjoyed our food so much that we made a point to return the next morning.

The spectacular Super Green Smoothie Bowl was a housemade Coconut Milk, Kale, Avocado, Sunbutter, Mango, and Banana, blended and topped with Granola, Sweet Coconut Flakes, and Fruit. It was absolutely dreamy. And the Avocado Tartine with avocado Mash on Toast topped with Cucumbers, Purple Cabbage, and Spices. Both couldn’t be more perfect.

The next day’s tartine: The Hummus Tartine was hummus on Toast topped with Cucumbers, Purple Cabbage, and Middle-Eastern Spices.
