It is time to say goodbye to Bay Ridge… but not before a few really yummy meals.
Beets & Carrots is the best restaurant in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. So we’d have one final meal there while I was still a Bar Ridge resident. This, their beet and carrot hummus appetizer, is as beautiful as it is delicious–vibrant and lovely in every way. And they even bring us refills on the warm pita.
More beets–this time with cranberry and spinach. The attention to detail was spectacular… relatively simple ingredients can be magical.
Eat the rainbow
The mind-blowing vegan veggie burger. It is so darn dreamy… and tall! Of course it is house-made. My guy is enjoying his gnocchi, also very good I was told.
I will really miss this veggie burger and the great service at Beets & Carrots.
