Before another great meal in Bay Ridge, some New York bagels. Ok, now onward to Brooklyn Firefly for another fantastic, “oh my goodness, I’m leaving” meal.

Some twice-cooked potatoes. Have you ever had potatoes with this preparation? They might be my favorite. We got the vegan garlic aioli to accompany these crispy bites and they were mind-blowing.
My vegan pizza, the San Gennaro: bubbly, perfect crust topped with their arugula walnut pesto, vegan sausage, housemade vegan mozzarella, house-made vegan ricotta, caramelized onions and sauteed peppers drizzled with roasted red pepper sauce. It’s spectacular, but I would love more tofu ricotta! Those toothpaste squeezes are just not enough. LOL
