Glenwood Cemetery, Washington DC

When I have a free moment here in DC, I crave the things that I used to do when my time was all my own. Exploring the area for rural cemeteries with impressive funerary monuments is one such thing. I spied Glenwood Cemetery as I drove to the airport from my apartment one morning and snapped a GPS picture of the map as I passed. It lived on my list for a week or so before I got myself there on a day off. Here are some of my favorite sites.
