Flight Attendant Cupcakes, Part 1: S’mores Biscoff Cupcakes

Being surrounded by Biscoff biscuits on a daily basis, these cupcakes seeped into my brain. So finally back in my kitchen, I brought them to life.
Started with a cookie layer on the bottom, then a black cocoa chocolate cake base, a very thin layer of ganache and some more crumbs, then meringue, then Biscoff garnish.
The meringue is whipping up
Looking good!
Ah, the beautiful end result.
My guy loved these… and so did I!
