Delicious Vegan Food in Chicago -

I forgot how much I like Chicago as a city… and its vegan food is plentiful. Starting early, I got a cappuccino as I usually try to do.

I made my way to Beacon Donuts, a popular donut joint that is all-vegan though they don’t yell it loudly. And what do you know, it was National Donut Day! I wasn’t aware…

I asked the counter person to pick but I gotta say it was too much brown, but boy were these yummy. Jelly donut, coffee cake and their vanilla croissant donut.

Now I’m at X Market, an all-vegan food hall that was mind-blowing. I wish I had more time and more room in my stomach! Mochinuts have been sweeping the food circuit and I had yet to see them vegan. I was so pleased I was able to try these!
