The day would start off in DC and in end in Rochester… these jelly filled sandwich cookies have been rocking my world. I started the day celebrating my freedom–to walk and buy myself these delicious vegan cookies from the Whole Foods down the block.
I bought the berries that became the innards to my marshmallow meringue cake. But first they were part of a parfait for breakfast.
Later, in Rochester, we set up chairs to watch downtown’s firework display. I don’t care about the jokes on the interweb of how Nobody wants to see your fireworks pictures and videos. I do! And I have a brain of my own, thank you very much.
