Date Night at Mendon 64

Mendon 64 has been on my list for quite some time. Their marked vegan options were enticing, especially for a Thai food lover like myself. With a date night upon us, I made a reservation to finally cross this one off the list.

First, a toast… to forthcoming changes. Mine had lots of ginger and turmeric

The vegan pad thai was real yummy. Sauce (which is so important in pad thai) was delicious, but I could have used a broader selection of vegetables (broccoli!) and a more proportionate ratio of noodle to tofu.

But c’mon, these noodles are damn good.
