I can’t stop making chocolate chip cookies. I think because every time I make them, they’re different. My theory is that I am harnessing the rich and varied content of my heart and soul, subtly imparting their variables upon the recipe. So here are a couple of renditions.

I know I have gone on and on about how much I have always loved chocolate chip cookies, how they were the first thing I baked when I went vegan 20 something years ago, blah blah blah… It was also my favorite childhood cookie. Here were some of my favorites… Notice how I was not a Chips Ahoy fan.
Now that you have intimate knowledge of my chocolate chip cookie history I may utilize the resulting sense of satisfaction in my next batch of cookies. You’re now in the recipe!
