Chocolate Covered Marshmallow

To me, making things from scratch is so gratifying. These used to be nothing. Now they’re melting on my fingers; they’re giving way to my bite, the resistance that makes a marshmallow. If I had a chocolate enrober I would end up putting all sorts of things through it. Maybe I’d put you through it?
