For many years I have made the same chocolate chip cookies.  But I’ve been meaning to try an aquafaba recipe since seeing this post.  This, to me, is a big deal since I’m pretty particular about my favorite cookie, the chocolate chip cookie.  But after needing chickpeas for my chili, I had a measuring cup filled with the miracle brine.  So here I go, embracing more change.
I used the stand-up mixer for this recipe, which made a delectable dough that with a kind of creamy texture. Sublime.

I loved the dough so much, I had a photoshoot with it.  I also did not add a lot of chocolate chips, because that is how I like ’em. 

I really like this recipe.  And now, bask in cookie perfection with me…
