Chip City in Huntington Village, NY

We were fascinated to stumble upon Chip City after some lunch in Huntington Village. This exclusively cookie bakery is a chain with a couple of vegan options, served warm and gooey. The cookies are big and thick… or thicc as the kids say today. They also offer a cashew-based vegan ice cream to pair your cookies with. Though my cookie was a bit overdone, it’d be nice to return to try them straight outta the oven.
