Cathedral Gorge State Park, Part 3
Under the Milky Way

Despite the all-day of trickling rain and a sky full of gray, I knew I’d see the stars in the evening. It’s not because I checked the weather, though I did. I just kind of knew. The stars had satisfied every evening I wanted to shoot them. Though I don’t say this with a sense of entitlement; I continue to be grateful and authentically astounded by the night sky. And, I don’t know, I just feel like that wonder is communicated and rewarded somehow, though I don’t presume to have any level of significance in the grand scheme of things. But it’s just like this understanding… Anywho, this is the Milky Way from Cathedral Gorge State Park with two different lenses.
