Car Calzone

How fantastic is calzone? Especially the all-vegan, Best of the Borough, Brooklyn Firefly‘s Sausage & Peppers calzone. It’s like a few slices of pizza, but neater. Neater to, say, eat while driving… though I don’t condone distracted driving. Here is my calzone, in the car. Do not try this… in your car.

In case you forgot, this special handheld dish is arugula walnut pesto, their house-made vegan mozzarella,  their house-made vegan ricotta,  caramelized onions, and sautéed green peppers.
