Cacao Buckwheat Porridge Layer
.) Cover buckwheat groats with water in a bowl.Β Soak for an hour to overnight at room temperature. The longer you soak the groats the smoother they will blend. After, dump into a strainer and rinse groats well as they’ll be a bit slimy, then put them in your blender.
.) Add all ingredients and blend well, until incorporated and smooth. If mixture is too thick, add more almond milk. Divide the porridge up into your small to-go containers and store in the refrigerator while you prepare oatmeal layer.

.) Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.Β Cover and refrigerate overnight.
.) Scoop oatmeal onto the top of the cacao buckwheat layer.
.) Garnish with your desired toppings.
