Breakfast at Silver Diner

Silver Diner is a bit of a high end chain in the DMV area, boasting a new vibe on old school diner. So with that: vegan options and a significantly higher bill than at the old diner. We hit the booth on an off day so to not have to wait for a table. I got the pancakes. They were hearty and good, but I tasted stevia as the sweetener. You know I don’t enjoy stevia, dear reader. Anyway, I’d been meaning to check it out and was happy to have my favorite company with me when I checked it off my list.
