Blue Barn Cidery

Slowly checking off eateries from my vegan list, it was Blue Barn Cidery that was next for us to hit. They make some pretty fantastic ciders. On our flight: the Gingerberry Jam, Pop the Bubbly, Pineapple Jam, and Jasper’s Cut.

My favorite was the Gingerberry Jam, described as a semi-sweet, hard cider with hints of tart cranberry, & spiced ginger. We bought some cans to go…

Their marinated tofu sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, guacamole and pickled red onion.

It was Ok, but I’d more return for the ciders. I always want to say that I appreciate an option that is not a packaged veggie burger.
