A special birthday weekend on Eastern Island meant some delicious vegan eats. Under a gorgeous, crisp autumn sky, a lunch at Westhampton Beach’s Flora, a space as pretty as its menu.
Some vegan options marked, but I just wanted a small bite as my host was making me dinner soon thereafter.
First, festive libations. I got the Fig & Thyme mule. My friend, the margarita. The attention to detail is stellar, as is the service.
My delicious bite was the Edamame Hummus, topped with pickled veggies and sesame seed and served with dreamy deep-fried pita.
It was simple perfection.
