Sometimes you just need an old school diner breakfast. But it is often difficult for a vegan in search of a classic breakfast. Fortunately there is Steve’s Original Diner and their huge vegan pancakes.

Here, my singular “Love Cake” a vegan blueberry pancake served with vegan butter and real maple syrup.

Like all really good diners, expect a wait when you come… because that is part of the beauty… being amongst others who understand its value. But next time we may come a little earlier, lol
