Bed Head Vegan Brunch House, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

On my way to New York, I wanted to stop by Bethlehem for a vegan cake for my Dad’s belated birthday. So, arriving famished, I headed straight to Bed Head Vegan Brunch House for a substantial vegan breakfast.

So many choices! But I opted for the Chik’n & Waffles because I knew they would do it right. They certainly did. This hit all the notes, especially with the addition of hot maple syrup and heavenly whipped vegan butter. Oh, and those are their Hash Tots in the background… I was really hungry.

So damn good.
