Bake Sale

Nothing gets me motivated to bake than a Bake Sale that benefits animals.  Last time is was for The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee.  This time… for with Mutt-i-grees. So I just had to go all out…

First, S’mores cupcakes would mean a couple of batches of marshmallow fluff.

I piped the fluff in the centers of VCTOTW‘s S’mores cupcakes and topped with a Biscoff biscuit for garnish.

But wait, here’s s’more: rich, chocolate ganache…

And toasted marshmallow dollop. Oh, how I love making s’morse cupcakes.

My piping ain’t that great, because I got impatient.

Leftover chocolate banana cake would become part of a new batch of chocolate cupcakes.

Layers of vanilla buttercream, ganache drizzle and sprinkles for the children.

All ready to make money for animals: vegan cupcakes.
