Gosh, it’s been so long since I baked! It was nice to have the opportunity to get back in my baking bowls and wish a special colleague a Happy Birthday. πŸŽ‰

They are red velvet, but I didn’t go nuts with food coloring.

I gave the cream cheese frosting a subtle shade of baby blue. What I really had in mind was a nice canvas for the sprinkles I picked up at the Atlantic City Food Festival at the booth for Philadelphia’s V Marks The Spot.
