Apples To Apple Pie 🍏

My sweet landlady always gives me the surplus produce from her weekly delivery from the senior center. Though I don’t always need it, I know it makes her feel good to share. This time, when she knocked on my door with her hands full of apples, I knew I’d be knocking on her door later in the day. These Granny Smith’s will be returned as a mini apple pie.
