For Making Cookie

This might be a record for me. If I were to make a list of people who I got to give one of these cookies, it’d be at least 15 people. I tried this new recipe from Minimalist Baker… because I am on a quest to try like every vegan chocolate chip cookie recipe in existence! And these were spectacular with some minor changes (I baked at 350, not 375, and watched them carefully as my first batch bottoms were too dark.) Here are some pictures of one of my favorite things to bake.
1:2 ratio of fat to flour indicates a decadent and delicious cookie. Flax egg! That’s healthy.
I ate a lot of this dough. I have been struggling with self-control lately. I think because my yoga practice is strengthening and my body is asking for more calories. Yes, that is why I eat the cookie dough!
I was thinking about getting a cookie scoop, but I love a rustic-shaped cookie.
