Abandoned Bowling Alley 🎳 -

After discovering this bowling alley by chance in a blind exploration, I knew I had to come back with my tripod. You see the room is pitch black except by the doorway, which gave away the function of the dark space with the characteristic seating and bowling shoes strewn about. Though one can get lost in the ruins surrounding this room, my goal was only to shoot the alley. I was excited about what long exposure would reveal that my naked eye could not see. It was well worth the stumbling in the dark.

Worst graffiti ever. Maybe.

The scoresheet had players listed. I should have looked more closely.

The long alley’s gutter recesses were in sorry shape and there was a wet, mildew-y mess of black that I couldn’t make out in the dark. It looked like a black hole.
