A PHL Cheesesteak

I had been waiting weeks to have another “sit” at the Philadelphia airport (PHL) because I had discovered, after already eating in another gate, that they had a vegan Philly Cheesesteak!  Sabrina’s Cafe in Terminal C’s “Veggie Philly Cheesteak” is seitan, sauteed onions, long hots, vegan cheese, on a Sarcones roll.  It’s as satisfying as it sounds.
