💘Valentine's Day Baking, Part 3💘 Red Velvet Layer Cake -

What can I say about this cake? It is one of the best cakes to make: it’s strikingly gorgeous and is taste perfection (not too sweet, slightly cocoa-y with a tang in the frosting)… and it’s a must on Valentine’s Day because of that gorgeous hue.

Flash forward to the many pictures I took of it. The frosting was a bit clumpy unfortunately, but it work. I think it was too cold and didn’t whip up softly.
