My new go-to for using too many ripened bananas is this. Soft, pillowy cakey banana chocolate chip cookies that my students ad colleagues adore.
You can see all that gooey banana goodness after scooped.
The end result doesn’t look that sophisticated or scrumptious, but they are dreamy as can be.
