My landlady is so sweet. She likes to share produce from her weekly box from the senior center with me. Usually it’s potatoes, apples, and various citrus. But this time, unexpectedly, she knocked on my door with two stalks of corn! I took the opportunity to try whipping up an Instagram craze: Corn Ribs. Corn ribs are fried corn on the cob the eat like ribs… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I used this simple recipe. Cutting through the stalk was pretty dangerous… so I halved them first.
