⚜️ It’s Fat Tuesday! ⚜️

I woke up with an urge to use the leftover dough from the Valentine’s Day monkey bread for a mini King Cake! Because it is Fat Tuesday 💚💛💜

Since it was in the fridge for a couple of days it was very easy to work with!

A little bit of cinnamon and sugar

All proofed… though a bit uneven

I only had yellow decorative sugar so I had to make the green and purple with food coloring. I also was going to use a Baby Yoda in place of the King Cake baby.

All baked up now! It evened out quite a bit.
